/usr/local/jakarta-tomcat/conf/src/shell does not exist!

Hi

    friends , i have installed the jdk1.2.2 and ant1.2 successfully,set the all environment variables

as

JAVA_HOME=/usr/local/java
ANT_HOME=/usr/local/ant
TOMCAT_HOME=/usr/local/tomcat
CLASSPATH=/usr/local/java/jre/lib/rt.jar:/usr/local/java/lib/tools.jar:.:/usr/local/tomcat/lib/mail.jar:/usr/local/tomcat/lib/activation.jar:/usr/local/tomcat/lib/pop3.jar

JAVA_COMPILER=shujit

export JAVA_HOME ANT_HOME TOMCAT_HOME  CLASSPATH JAVA_COMPILER
in my /etc/profile

but when i cd to /usr/local/tomcat/conf
then i runs the ant
it gives me the following problem
