Working myfaces-examples.tgz

Can someone please send me a working myfaces-examples.tgz?

I still can't get the 1.0.8 to run on my server, and I'm just trying
to rule out any problems with the build (though nothing showed up when
running the ant script).

Just send it directly to this address.
