Velocity v1.2 Released

Velocity v1.2 is now officially released.

The only differences from v1.2-rc3 are a few notes regarding the new
dependency-free jar, updates to the example test scripts, a backported fix
to the invokeVelocimacro() method in Velocity and VelocityEngine, and tiny
changes to build.xml

The distribution comes with both a dependency-free jar (velocity-1.2.jar)
and a backwards compatible jar with dependencies included
(velocity-dep-1.2.jar).

Note that this release requires Ant v1.4 or better to build or test.

Thanks to everyone in the community that made this possible through code,
testing, discussion and suggestions.
