cordova-plugin-device is still using `@cordova/eslint-config@3.0.0` and it's dependent on `cross-spawn@6.0.5`. cross-spawn (<6.0.6) has high severity vulnerability.

I tried to fix this issue with [my branch](https://github.com/apache/cordova-plugin-device/compare/master...kumo01GitHub:cordova-plugin-device:fix/CVE-2024-21538) and I made sure to resolve issue. If there are no problems, I would like to make PR.

Have you ran `npm run lint`? It may require updates to the JS code as well
