[I] DMN Runner table string in output columns uses quotes while other components of DMN runner do not use quotes for strings [incubator-kie-tools]

We have interesting inconsistency of displaying strings in DMN runner output columns. There we use quotes for displaying strings. However these three DMN Runner places do not use quotes for strings:
1. dmn form view inputs
2. dmn form view outputs
3. dmn table view inputs
Why is probably important to think about this 'incosistency', because we are going to reuse boxed-expression editor also for SceSim. it would be good if we have unified way of working with strings. what we currently do not have:
1. DMN boxed expression editor **requires** users to use quotes when typing strings
2. DMN Runner **does not require** users to use quotes when typing strings
3. SceSim editor **requires** users to use quotes when typing strings

### Steps to reproduce
1. open sandbox.kie.org and setup kie extended services to be able to execute dmn model
4. import this tmd model (remove .txt extension before importing)

5. run the model, compare form and tabular dmn runner view
