instead of ObjectStore

Janus Chow resolved HDDS-5044.
------------------------------
Resolution: Won't Do
The initial idea of this ticket is to move S3 operations from ObjectStore to EndpointBase, but the operations from ObjectStore are still used by other components like CSI.

> In S3 gateway, clients requests will be assigned to a default volume named "s3v", currently the volume of clients' requests in Gateway's EndpointBase is retrieved by invoking functions in ObjectStore as follows.
> {code:java}
> ObjectStore$createS3Bucket
> ObjectStore$getS3Bucket
> ObjectStore$deleteS3Bucket{code}
> It's better to get the volume from EndpointBase instead of ObjectStore.
