Disable Arquillian tests ?!

Hi,

The Arquillian tests are the reason for most of the build failures at
BuildBot lately.
Any objections to disable them by removing the Maven module as a sub-module
of "testing" ? Just like the threadtest module.
This way the code will stay as a reference for anyone who wants to take
inspiration but won't break and/or slow down the builds.

Martin

I don't expect objections, so I've made the change.
If anyone sees a reason to revert then please raise your voice here!
