| DESCRIPTION |
In developing standards for the British insurance industry we have had many
errors reported by Xerces on day elements due to Xerces requirement of the ---
NN format.

Most of the tools our Sponsors use to develop XML allow NN format for gDay, and
although I realise the ISO standard requires the ---NN I believe the NN should
also be correct.

Any comments?
