             Project: Guacamole
          Issue Type: Task
          Components: guacd
    Affects Versions: 0.9.13-incubating
            Reporter: Archna Bhalla

Hi,

I am trying to update an existing SSL Certificate on my VM which i hosting Guacamole service. My SSL cert is in JKS format. When I try to send a renewal request using the command -

#

keytool -certreq -keyalg RSA -alias tomcat -file certreq.csr
     -keystore <your_keystore_filename>#

I keep getting the warning to change to PKCS12 format. I am unwilling to change the format as there are services running on the VM Guacamole which are in use currently. Please can somebody suggest a way around. I have tried the option of using the file extension .keystore but I am not able to rename the actual file to this extension.

TIA
