There's some instructions here on using HermesJMS with ActiveMQ if you 
want to view/delete messages on queues or send messages to queues etc.

Haven't figured out how to use topics with it yet though.

Haven't figured out how to use topics with it yet though. But this tool 
will be quite handy when testing out MDBs etc
