I had initially created a JIRA account with username kkambatl. When I became a committer, it looks like another JIRA account was created with my Apache alias kasha. Now, people do refer to me by both usernames. 

Is there a way for me to move everything to the second username (kasha), and optionally get rid of the first one altogether?
