Hello everyone,

I have been working on documenting the repository with a README for all modules. I also am clearing up old issues as fast as I can to make room.

I’d like to introduce code owners for different libraries hosted in the repository. I would want to leverage the behavior granted by Github here: https://docs.github.com/en/repositories/managing-your-repositorys-settings-and-features/customizing-your-repository/about-code-owners

This means committers with a specific interest for a library can register as code owner for this code path only, and can then be notified to review PRs that specifically touch this code.

Would you be interested in being listed for specific modules? If yes, which ones?

Please feel free to open a PR to set yourself up - I’ll open a PR with my guesses and tag committers for review if I don’t hear back.
