[I] Missing test cases for HMS [polaris]
MonkeyCanCode opened a new issue, #4180:

### Describe the bug
Currently we have HiveFederatedCatalogFactory.java and HadoopFederatedCatalogFactory.java for federation extensions, but none of them have test cases. We should close this gap so dependencies version bump are getting validated.

+1, this is indeed a missing coverage, I'm thinking of adding an integration test, similar that we already have for REST federation.

Sure, I can have a look at it! As a quick and simple solution, we should at least verify in the CI workflow, that the build passes with these extensions (#4232 ).
