The {{MyAppShellExtension}} class appears to have been introduced by ACCUMULO-1399, but it has no javadocs and is not used anywhere. It is loaded by default with the shell using Java's {{ServiceLoader}}.

This should be moved to a test. It should not exist in the shell's main jar.
