[jira] Created: (MNGECLIPSE-70) rebuild on eclipse restart

rebuild on eclipse restart
--------------------------

         Key: MNGECLIPSE-70
         URL: http://jira.codehaus.org/browse/MNGECLIPSE-70
Project: Maven 2.x Extension for Eclipse
        Type: Wish

    Versions: 0.0.3
Environment: suse 10.1 linux eclipse 3.2M4
    Reporter: Gavin Hyde
 Assigned to: Eugene Kuleshov

When I start eclipse every time it rebuilds all my projects that I have enabled with Maven2. with over 3 dozen projects this takes some time and completely ties up my computer. I don't know if this is an issue with Eclipse or something that can be controlled with the maven plugin.

[jira] Commented: (MNGECLIPSE-70) rebuild on eclipse restart

Posted by "Eugene Kuleshov (JIRA)" <ji...@codehaus.org>.

Eugene Kuleshov commented on MNGECLIPSE-70:
-------------------------------------------

This is because plugin recalculate dependencies on restart and sets updated classpath containers for projects that have maven nature enabled. Have to investigate how to do it more lazily or make these containers persistent.
