Ok, I was wrong with my assumption that we don't need backports. The Python wheels are created for [master|https://github.com/apache/flink/actions/runs/9770777281] but not for the other nightlies (e.g. [release-1.19|https://github.com/apache/flink/actions/runs/9770777344]).

[~m.orazow] Can you prepare backports for 1.20, 1.19 and 1.18?
