Updated `getModel()` with fallback: when no `ModelAndView` is set in the request, it returns the value stored under `GrailsApplicationAttributes.TEMPLATE_MODEL`:

1. `getModel()` returns `null` when neither `MODEL_AND_VIEW` nor `TEMPLATE_MODEL` is set (existing behavior, but now explicit)
2. `getModel()` returns the `TEMPLATE_MODEL` map when no `ModelAndView` is present (new behavior)
3. `getModel()` still returns `modelAndView.modelMap` when a `ModelAndView` is present (existing behavior, verify it still works)

 Added two new test cases to `InterceptorSpec`
