How are gump_stats and gump_xref generated?

See:

http://clarus.apache.org/gump_xref/index.html

Both give 404s, but are available on other Gump installations like  
vmgump. I want them, too! How are these pages generated?

They are only generated for "Official" runs.  Last I was aware, Clarus 
doesn't have any "Official" runs.
