Replacement for FOP driver when using XT

Put the attached file into your org.apache.fop.apps directory.

Now you don't have to run a special FOP processing program, you can just use
XT as is.

Just put this at the top of your stylesheets:
 <xsl:output method="fop:org.apache.fop.apps.PDFOutputHandler"
xmlns:fop="http://www.jclark.com/xt/java"/>

Now when you run XT on a stylesheet containing the xsl:output directive FOP
will automatically be invoked and your PDF will be generated.

Change it to:
 <xsl:output method="xml"/>

And you can see your formatting objects.

I have this working in my system. Give it a test and see if you can find any
problems with it.
