[ANNOUNCE] Release Apache rocketmq-client-go 1.2.0

Hello RocketMQ Community,

The Apache RocketMQ team would like to announce the release of Apache rocketmq-client-go 1.2.0.

This version is the first official Golang client of rocketmq. It is based on the kernel of the CPP client and uses ago to encapsulate the API Implementation of C.
