[PR] test(alert): cover AlertRuleState initial and persistence state [rocketmq-dashboard]
yyqdbngt opened a new pull request, #3323:
URL: https://github.com/apache/rocketmq-dashboard/pull/3323
## Summary
Adds `AlertRuleStateTest`, a first unit test for the persistable per-fingerprint alert state that drives native alert transitions.
Coverage:
- `initial()` yields the OK status, zero consecutive hits, no current value, and no timestamps;
- an explicitly built state carries its status, hit count, current value, and timestamps, with value equality/hashCode; a differently-resolved state is not equal.
## Why
The state is saved and loaded on every native alert evaluation; its default and value semantics had no direct test.
## Testing
`mvn -B test -Dtest=AlertRuleStateTest` — 2/2 pass; checkstyle (validate) clean.
