question about document-stylebook.xsl

I have a question about creating a document with the document-v10.dtd.

Is there a reason why the tags inside a <dd> or <dt> aren't processed? For
example: I want to have a link inside a <dt>. If I use the <link> tag it is
removed (or not copied) by document-stylebook.xsl.
In the stylesheet document-stylebook.xsl <xsl:value-of
select="following::dd"/> is used with the template for dt. If you use
<xsl:apply-templates> the link will be created. But I'm not sure why
'value-of' is used......

Sounds like a bug to me.

the *-stylebook stylesheets are a dirty hack to come up with something
that can reuse the xml.apache.org web skin in stylesheet, but they
worked mostly out of the box, nothing... didn't spend that much time
over those.

Any bugfix is welcome.

I've seen the proposal you sent me via E-Mail, (it's still in my Stefano
folder on my IMAP server), I simply didn't connect the document-v10.dtd
with it... (PRRRT!)

I like document-v10. It's been used for all the Cocoon processors
documentation and I find it very handy for technical docs. It
transforms nicely into Stylebook or Html. A really cool
alternative to the all-encompassing but much heavier DocBook...

I did.

That is MY DTD. Both you and Mike complained about it but I feel like
you never even took a look at it, at least this shows you haven't :)

Sorry, but WHAT THE HACK IS document-v10.dtd? I never wrote that!
Isn't it something coming from Xalan, isn't it? Because on that, I have
NO IDEA... (Actually, I never defined any <dd> or <dt>)
