fyi LeaderIntegrationTest sometimes hangs
I spun up an additional jenkins last night (no crazy blackholes etc,
just running 'ant test' in a loop):
LeaderIntegrationTest hung for about an hour before i killed it
(unfortunately i dont know how to get stacktraces on windows, there is
no kill -3).

i restarted jenkins, ill get it next time (this happened about an hour ago).
I fumble around in windows here, i accidentally killed the wrong
process (the jenkins one instead).

Stack trace will would be super helpful.
Also, a lot that recently went in (depending on what time you mean
last night) that might relate to this.
