[sitedocs] picture needs update on windows

I was looking at the sitedocs and massaging a few things.  However I 
encountered this image here and I do not have access to windows and 
tortiose svn.  Can someone on windows just take a snapshot to update it:

We just need to change the URL that appears there to point to 
http://svn.apache.org/repos/asf/directory.

This is where our project is going to move to.
