SOAP that can "call-back"

Hi
    I'm thinking of making SOAP that can use call-back feature like in
CORBA.This
will make server can call procedure on client in the way that client do
with server.So I want to know that does anyone out there ever done
something similar to this before and  I need some suggestion or idea
about doing this.
