   ### Description
   
   Add a `fix-review-comments` agent skill for working through the review comments on a PR. The existing review skills (`team-review`, `team-review-slim`, `connector-review`) produce reviews. None of them helps the PR author act on a review once it arrives.
   
   The skill walks through the comments one at a time. For each comment it quotes the reviewer, restates the problem in plain English, shows the current code, checks the claim against the code, and proposes a fix. The author decides. After approval, one background agent applies the fix while the conversation moves to the next comment. Only one fix agent runs at a time, so edits do not conflict.
   
   The skill is user-invoked only, like the other review skills.

   Add `.claude/skills/fix-review-comments/` with `SKILL.md` and `agents/openai.yaml` (`allow_implicit_invocation: false`), link it from `.agents/skills/` for Codex, and list it in `AGENTS.md` next to the other review skills.
   
   ### Alternatives considered
   
   Keep the skill in personal config. Other contributors then cannot use it, and it cannot follow the repo rules in `AGENTS.md`.
