[GitHub] [dolphinscheduler] Jvwen opened a new issue #7814: [Bug] [workflow ] Running a workflow will produce two workflow
Jvwen opened a new issue #7814:
URL: https://github.com/apache/dolphinscheduler/issues/7814
### Search before asking
- [X] I had searched in the [issues](https://github.com/apache/dolphinscheduler/issues?q=is%3Aissue) and found no similar issues.
### What happened
Running a workflow will produce two workflow instances, and one workflow instance will fail directly. The workflow runs a sheet task, just printing echo 1. In theory, it should not fail。
### What you expected to happen
I suspect that the lock does not take effect when running the task, resulting in two workflow instances for task execution

As shown in the figure above, the hosts of the two workflow instances are inconsistent。
### How to reproduce
Run the workflow directly to reproduce
### Anything else
_No response_
### Version
1.3.8
### Are you willing to submit PR?
- [X] Yes I am willing to submit a PR!
### Code of Conduct
- [X] I agree to follow this project's [Code of Conduct](https://www.apache.org/foundation/policies/conduct)
