getBaseURI implementation help

Hi all,
I'm implementing getBaseURI (well porting it from the java). Ive
hit a couple of issues and my knowledge of the code in these areas is not
good so before I start adding new methods I thought Id check.
The problem is the we store the URI of a document (fDocumentURI in
DOMDocumentImpl) as a systemID. We need it to be a URI. We set it in
AbstractDOMParser. Java calls getExpandedSystemID from its
XMLResourceIdentifier class. I'm unsure as to its relation to our classes.
I believe that I have to create this method in ReaderMgr (or possibly its
parent class Locator). Are there any problems with doing this? Also, are
there any problems with changing whats stored in DOMDocumentImpl to a real
URI?
