   issue found 
   in master, once you set this feature flag to True, new Echarts Graph is now working. 
   
   To reproduce 
   1. 
   ```
   DEFAULT_FEATURE_FLAGS = {
   ...
   ...
       "ENABLE_EXPLORE_DRAG_AND_DROP": True,
   }
   ```
   2. Create a Graph by 
   - clicking the top right + button to create new chart
   - Select Graph(in the last row) from the gallery
   - Select any dataset 
   - create, see error.  
   Expected behavior
