Provide a way to ensure that backups are placed in different availability zones. In GG 8 this is done via ClusterNodeAttributeAffinityBackupFilter.

Example: I have 3 copies and two AZs, az1 and az2. I need to configure rack-awareness (aka AZ-awareness) by telling the cluster to use the "zone" attribute of my nodes. Of the three copies, two needs to be in nodes with zone=az1, and one needs to be on a node with zone=az2.
