    Fix Helm Chart 1.20.0 download URL to use dist.apache.org
    
    downloads.apache.org is lagging behind SVN (stuck at r83255, chart
    added at r83269). Use dist.apache.org directly as a temporary fix
    until the mirror sync catches up.
