    FELIX-6858 FELIX-6830 Release Maven Bundle Plugin 6.2.0, add missed 6.1.2
    
    The maven-bundle-plugin-6.1.2 (Aug 28, FELIX-6857) and 6.2.0 (Sep 2,
    FELIX-6858, FELIX-6830) releases per felix-dev tags/changelog were
    mislabeled on the site: the previous update recorded the Sep 2 release
    as "6.1.2" citing FELIX-6857, which actually belongs to the untracked
    Aug 28 release.
    
    - Correct downloads.list/downloads.yml to 6.2.0
    - Fix news.adoc: relabel the Sep 2 entry as 6.2.0 with its real issues
      (FELIX-6858, FELIX-6830), and add the missing 6.1.2 entry
    - Bump rendered bundle-plugin component docs (pages + attachments)
      from 6.1.0 to 6.2.0
    - Add attachment archives for 6.1.2 and 6.2.0
