First of all, this is not a problem, and of course, this is no Blocker.

This is not a problem because the plugins are released when they are ready, and they have to follow the release proccess described here:
https://github.com/apache/cordova-coho/blob/master/docs/plugins-release-process.md

And it's no Blocker because even if the plugin isn't on NPM, you can install from git as Sergey told you.

Anyway, it has been released on NPM already, so I'm closing this issue.
