   ### Expected results
   Import datasources through cli via yml files. Then add schema permissions to user role.
   
   ### Actual results
   After importing yml files for databases the option to add schema access on that database is not in the list. In order to get it in the list I have to go to the data source  and click the test button. 
   
   ### Steps to reproduce
   Import datasource through yml file. Try to add schema access on in the list role page to a user group. 
   
   Shouldn't the logic from the test button happen automatically on import?
