JIRA TRAFODION-1729 introduced the new file traf_coprocessor.properties, which is used to determine what coprocessors should be loaded for Trafidion tables. This file is added to $MY_SQROOT/etc by the install process. 

For developers, though, who had existing instances and picked up this change without an install, this file would be missing.

The effect was that almost all SQL statements would fail with this error:

*** ERROR[1394] Trafodion needs to be reinitialized on this system due to missing or corrupted metadata objects. Do 'initialize trafodion, drop' followed by 'initialize trafodion' to reinitialize Trafodion. This will delete all metadata and user objects from the Trafodion database and recreate metadata.

But this was not the problem at all. And doing the steps required does not solve the problem.

The solution instead is to put this properties file in $MY_SQROOT/etc.

A better error message is the following:

*** ERROR[1398] Error 704 occured while accessing the hbase subsystem. Fix that error and make sure hbase is up and running. Error Details:
java.lang.NullPointerException
java.lang.String.contains(String.java:2076)
org.TRAFODION.sql.CoprocessorUtils.addCoprocessor(CoprocessorUtils.java:76)
org.TRAFODION.sql.CoprocessorUtils.addCoprocessor(CoprocessorUtils.java:88)
org.TRAFODION.sql.HBaseClient.getHTableClient(HBaseClient.java:861)

At the very least, this points to a coprocessor problem, which will lead the developer to this missing file.

This JIRA changes the code to return this error message instead.
