Tuscany ASF board report due this month

A few examples:

* SCA Java 1.6 release
* Tuscany is the RI of the upcoming SCA Configuration Type for OSGi Remote 
Services spec as part of OSGi Enterprise Release 4.2. We are working to pass 
the TCK (100% for tests that have been developed).
