[WARN] Wrong links to 'Home'

Hi!

There is something wrong in tab generation.
Look at the:
http://outerthought.net/forrest/community/howto/cvs-ssh/howto-cvs-ssh.html
and try to click on the 'Home' tab. The link leads to:
http://outerthought.net/forrest//forrest/index.html .

Best regards,
  Konstantin Piroumian

I have a patch that fixes lots of bugs in tabs, including this one.
Unfortunately fixing them has exposed other problems in the offline
generation, which I'm trying to sort out now.
