Abdera2 Release Candidate

Ok... Abdera2 is pretty much stable. I would like to see if we can cut
a release candidate. There's some additional documentation that needs
to be written up and I'm sure there's a lot more testing that can be
done, but things are looking pretty solid right now.

Note: all of the server side code has been extracted into a separate
project that needs a lot more work. The Abdera2 Release Candidate
would ONLY contain the Atom and Activity Streams data format and
client side code.

Here's my +1.
