   I think first - fixing the k8s tests would be a good idea - for some reason the tests seem to consistently fail with this change (you can try to replicate it locally following contributor's guide k8s tests - there is a step-by-step wizard like approach to replicate it and you can run the tests locally and inspect the installation to see what's causing it.
