   This PR adds a new `TaskLocation` field to `TaskStatus`. The location is set by `TaskQueue` when the task status is stored in metadata upon task completion. The location is provided by the `TaskRunner`.
   
   This allows the task APIs from OverlordResource (and by extension system tables) to show where a completed task ran, useful for troubleshooting purposes.
   
   This PR has:
   - [x] been self-reviewed.
   - [x] added unit tests or modified existing tests to cover new code paths.
   - [x] been tested in a test Druid cluster.
