[Headsup] Dispatcher renaming in hooks @type

Hi all,

forrest:hooks configurations examples (was [Views] <div     id="titi"/>

In this thread Cyriaque proposed to rename the @type values of hooks
from 
old: type="span" and type="div"
new: type="inline" and type="block"

I will adopt this now in the hooksMatcher-html.xsl, beware that you have
to adopt this changes in your custom structurer!
