[I] Missing build task `test` in ruby binding [incubator-opendal]

Ruby binding build task are as follow:
```
rake build # Build opendal-0.1.0.gem into the pkg directory
rake build:checksum # Generate SHA512 checksum if opendal-0.1.0.gem into the checksums directory
rake clean # Remove any temporary products
rake clobber # Remove any generated files
rake compile # Compile all the extensions
rake compile:opendal_ruby # Compile opendal_ruby
rake install # Build and install opendal-0.1.0.gem into system gems
rake install:local # Build and install opendal-0.1.0.gem into system gems without network access
rake release[remote] # Create tag v0.1.0 and build and push opendal-0.1.0.gem to TODO: Set to your gem server 'https://example.com'
rake spec # Run RSpec code examples
rake standard # Lint with the Standard Ruby style guide
rake standard:fix # Lint and automatically make safe fixes with the Standard Ruby style guide
rake standard:fix_unsafely # Lint and automatically make fixes (even unsafe ones
```
