hungarian hyphenation

Hi,

in case someone's interested, here's the xml for Hungarian.
It's based on the TeX huhyp.tex file
which is based on "magyar helyesiras szabalyai" by the Hungarian Academy
of Sciences. 

The TeX file doesn't say anything about being protected or copyrighted,
so I consider it freely distributable. I converted the accented
characters from CWI to ISO latin-2, listed the character classes and
added the XML elements around everything.
