[C++] Using Axis2C 0.95 or later..

Hi all,

I've just tracked down a bug that's turned up in Axis2C 0.95  - most
of our web service calls are fine, but the samples that call out to
the external www.webservicex.net services (CppBigBank, RubyBigBank,
PythonWeatherForecast) fail due to a missing HTTP SOAPAction header.
I've raised this at http://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/AXIS2C-437
and attached a patch that fixes it there.
