[I] [Studio][Bug] Distinguish failed message trace queries from empty traces [rocketmq-dashboard]

Aias00 opened a new issue, #1275:
URL: https://github.com/apache/rocketmq-dashboard/issues/1275

   ## Problem

`RocketMQMessageProvider.getMessageTrace` catches every trace-topic query exception and returns an empty `TraceRecordVO`. The UI cannot distinguish a message that has no trace records from a Broker, ACL, or network failure.

   ## Expected behavior

Return a structured gateway error when the trace query cannot be completed. Preserve an empty trace only when the query succeeds and contains no matching records.

   ## Scope

Track 1 / Message query and tracing. Add focused provider and controller/service regression coverage for the unavailable trace path.

   ## Evidence

`server/src/main/java/org/apache/rocketmq/studio/provider/apache/RocketMQMessageProvider.java:259-274` logs and suppresses the remote error before returning an empty record.

   **Issue Evaluation**

   Category: `bug` | Status: **Confirmed**

Valid bug. Swallowing all exceptions and returning empty trace records prevents operators from distinguishing between "no traces" and "query failed", which is critical for debugging.

**Root Cause:** Overly broad exception handling in `getMessageTrace` suppresses real errors
**Impact:** Operators cannot detect trace query failures (ACL, network, broker issues)
   **Severity:** medium
