[ANN] Apache Maven Docck Plugin 1.2 Released - RETIRED

The Apache Maven team is pleased to announce the release of the Apache
Maven Docck Plugin, version 1.2

It was the last release prepared for plugin retired.

which is dedicated to building Maven plugins.
