NetComponents v1.3.8 source code imported into commons-sandbox
FYI:
Initial import of v1.3.8 version of NetComponents has been completed in the
sandbox under jakarta-commons-sandbox/net. The license has been changed to
the apache lic, the build system is using <a
href="http://jakarta.apache.org/turbine/maven">Maven</a>, and the packages
have been changed to org.apache.commons.*
Next step is to clean up the formatting of the code to the apache coding
style and merge in existing patches.
