New servicemix-eip component

A new component is now available, implementing several usefull routing patterns.
For more informations, please see the documentation (which is not finished) at
   http://servicemix.org/servicemix-eip

The ChainedComponent and the PipelineComponent may be deprecated in
the future in favor to this new component, which provide full
clustering (including fail-over) and transactional support.

Future features will certainly include aggregators, or any other
routing reusable patterns that users may find usefull (please report
any ideas / needs).
