Typo in book/ch08.xml

Hi,

book/ch08.xml contains:

[...]
              differences between files.  If you wish to pass multiple
              arguments, you must enclose all of them in quotes (for
              example, <command>svn diff --diff-cmd /usr/bin/diff "-x
              "-b -E"</command>).  This switch can
[...]

I suppose that there should be only two quotes in the command.
