Once we create some tags for a template/ISO they will be visible initially but won't be visible if we list the template details later.

Repro steps:
 --------------
 Login as user
 Create a template or ISO
 add some tags for that
 They will be visible.
 Now navigate to some other page and come back to list templates tab again
 Now select that particular template and check the details.
 The tags are not visible.
